For all international applicants, the rolling application process has begun and will go on till January 15, 2010. The applicant , if shortlisted is likely to be interviewed within one month of submission of a complete application.  However, in exceptional situations it might take more than a month. The applicant will be informed about the decision within three weeks from the date of the interview. 

International candidates may need additional time to arrange for their visas, housing, and financial aid, and to work on their English proficiency, hence they are encouraged to apply early.
