This would involve critical study and analysis to examine the role of entrepreneurship in regional development, and the diverse and complex characteristics of local and regional economies which lead to entrepreneurial vitality.

Social Entrepreneurship

Broadly, the centre aims to examine emerging themes and different models of social entrepreneurship and social innovation across a range of sectors and cultural settings.

Entrepreneurship & Innovation

Under this theme, the role of innovation in enterprise creation and enterprise growth, and in socioeconomic development will be examined. One of the focus areas includes analysing the issues and opportunities in the area of technology transfer.
